Introduction to Runaways

All female rock “The Runaways” was formed in 1975, by the drummer Sandy West and guitarist Joan Jett. The band released altogether four studio albums. Though they were not so popular in United States but in Japan their hit single “Cherry bomb” became sensational. There most popular songs were “Hollywood”, “Queens of Noise”, “Cherry bomb”, “Rock & Roll” and the cover version of “The Velvet Underground”.

Music Les Toreadors From Carmen is a classical work of French composer George Bizet. Bizet was born as Alexandre Cesar Leopold Bizet in late 1838. He is best known for his operas. He died at an early age of 37 but achieved some success before his death. Carmen was his final work which became the most popular work in the history of opera.

Bizet was a recognized as one of the outstanding pianist, but as a pianist he performed very rarely in the public. He was a brilliant student at Conservatoire de Paris. He won many prizes including the most prestigious one Prix de Rome.
